PURPOSE: To enhance the recovery rate of once failed slip to feed without manual operation in a mechanism for feeding the slip upon response of the feeding instruction from a controller.
CONSTITUTION: When a rise instruction A is applied to a rise instructing sircuit 15, the signal output from the circuit 15 is amplified by an amplifier 17 to thereby rotate a motor 12, which sequentially turn a screw 10 via a gear box 11 counterclockwise so as to thus raise a hopper 9 attached to the screw 10. When a feed instruction is applied to a slip feeding mechanism thereafter, the mechanism transmits power through a separating roller 3 and a belt 2 engaged on the roller 3 to a feed roller 1 to allow a separating belt 5 to feed the slips one by one. If the upper slip 8 is affixed to next slip 8', a fall instruction B is applied to a fall instructing circuit 16, the signal output from the circuit 16 is amplified by an amplifier 17 to thereby rotate the motor 12, which sequentially turn the screw 10 via the gear box 11 clockwise so as to thus lower the hopper 9 until the hopper 9 reaches a lower limit swtich 14 to thus separate the slip 8 from the slip 8' by it sown weight. Then the rise instruction A is again fed to thereby feed the slip as before.
