CONSTITUTION: Firstly, bonding agent coated on film T is dried with a drier so as to remove un-evaporated solvent such as water, alcohol, thinner or the like. Secondly, the film T is laminated at a heated roll part to individual sheets of paper P sent from a paper feeding part. Lapped portion R of laminate W is detected by a sensor S so as to cut open the lapped position of the sheet-fed P along a guide plate 14 with a cutter blade 2 attached to a chain 3. At this time, the cutter blade 2 slides in the direction AC inclined to the direction of the motion of the laminate W with a speed V, which is proportionally controlled to the speed (v) of the motion of the laminate W. Thus, film can be cut off perfectly surely and clearly regardless of kind of film.
