Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent damage to a tape and the irregular winding of a reel by guiding the edge of one side of a tape and pressing the edge vicinity of the other side of the tape by a back arm roller.
CONSTITUTION: Since the edge vicinity of the upper side of a tape 22 is pressed by a back arm roller 31, when the tape 22 is wound round a winding reel 23, involved air is released from the lower side of the tape 22. Also, since the tape 22 is inhibited from moving downward by the lower side flange 28 the tape 22 is stably wound even though the pressing force of a back arm roller 29 is not large and the irregular winding around the reel is prevented. Further, although the back arm roller 31 is used for pressing the upper part of the tape 22 while a second roller guide 25 guides the lower edge of the tape 22 by a lower side flange 28 in this constitution, conversely the lower side of the tape may be pressed by the roller 31 while the flange 28 is energized by a spring and the fixed flange 27 of an upper side guides the edge of the upper side of the tape 22.
