Title:
MATING/UNMATING MECHANISM FOR PRINTED BOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6412599
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate inserting and removing a printed board into and from a shelf by the lever-action of a lever attached to the printed board.

CONSTITUTION: A lever 20 swings with a fulcrum pin 21 fixed to a printed board 4 as a shaft. The lever 20 has a pair of an inner tip part 22 and an outer tip part 23 which touch the inner and outer surfaces of the side wall of the U-shape trench 3 of the opening of a shelf 1 at the tip of its handle 20A and also has a locking plate 25 which slides along the surface of a printed board and has a locking window 26 inside its holding part 20B. A locking spring 30 is attached to the printed board 4 corresponding to the lever 20 so as to make the bent part 33 at the tip of its fixing plate 31 elastically touch the surface of the printed board 4. The connection part of the printed board 4 is inserted into a backboard connector and the bent part 33 of the locking spring 30 is caught by the window 26. At that time, swinging of the lever 29 is suppressed. With this constitution, the printed board is not detached from the shelf and, moreover, mating/unmating of the board can be performed easily.
