Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion cleavage strength of reinforcement and increase the yielding strength of a member as a whole, in a steel sheet-clad reinforced concrete member.
SOLUTION: A steel sheet-clad concrete member 1 is made by covering the periphery with a square steel pipe as a reinforcement steel sheet 4. Opposite reinforcement steel sheets 4 are connected by a plurality of stiffeners 5. In manufacturing, stiffeners are joined to the inside of the reinforcement steel sheet 4 by welding or other, main reinforcement 3 is arranged in the inside surrounded by the reinforcement steel sheet 4 and the stiffener 5, concrete 2 is driven and cured. Only main reinforcement is arranged in the reinforced concrete part without a tie-hoop for strengthening shear strength. Preferably, the reinforcement steel sheet 4 should be given a latch inside it.
