Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the vacuum degree, to extend the service life of a packing material and to unnecessitate a large scale of the whole apparatus by energizing a frame in a vacuum press apparatus toward the outside of the vacuum press apparatus with the energizing force according to the vacuum degree in the vacuum press apparatus.
SOLUTION: After laying a material 4 to be worked in a heating disk 8, a door is closed and the degassing is started by working an vacuum pump. The vacuum degree in a vacuum chamber 1 is detected with a vacuum sensor 35 and the circuit pressure of a hydraulic unit 30 is controlled according to the vacuum degree. Each reinforcing cylinder 71 controls so as to push the side surface frame 15 toward the outside of the vacuum chamber 1 through a reinforcing member 16 with the force balanced to the force received to the side surface frame 15 caused by the difference between the inner and the outer pressures of the vacuum chamber 1. When the vacuum degree in the vacuum chamber 1 reaches a prescribed value, a press cylinder 3 is driven and a movable base plate 2 is risen. The material to be worked, is heated to a prescribed temp. with a heating and cooling device and pressed with a prescribed force for a prescribed time between the fixed base plate 5 and the movable base plate 2 through the press cylinder 3.
