Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically opens/closes a sample recovering pipeline for transferring samples while the samples being classified by a sedimentation classifier without heat generation even after the continuation of an opening/closing state for a long time.
SOLUTION: This opening/closing mechanism comprises a constitution in which the first opening/closing mechanism 32, by the slide of a slide frame 51 associated with the expansion/contraction of the piston rod 53b of an air cylinder 53, the press pins 52A, 52B,..., 52n of the slide frame 51 are made to approach the corresponding press pins 56A, 56B,..., 56n or separated from them, tubes which are inserted respectively between them are crushed from the outside to make a valve-closed state by these press pins 52A, 56A, the press pins 52B, 56B,..., press pins 52n, 56n, the passage of the inside samples is shut off, or the crushing from the outside is eliminated to make a valve-open state, and the original form is restored to allow the passage of the inside samples.
