PURPOSE: To provide a mechanism toy wherein pieces do not scatter, and which can be made compact, and for which the playing method can be changed, and the degree of difficulty can also be devised by a player one's self.

CONSTITUTION: By a combination between a driving wheel 2 with a dovetail groove which rotates around a shaft 1 and a piece 4, the piece 4 is made movable in the rotating direction and axial direction. In addition, the piece 4 does not scatter and moves to the front and rear, right and left to the shaft 1, and a game can be devised such as arranging the same kind of pieces 4 in the vertical direction or lateral direction. Also, the degree of difficulty can be changed by increasing empty seats for the pieces 4 on the driving wheel 2. The combination between the driving wheel and pieces 4 can be made more difficult by adding markings on the driving wheel 2 to terms of the game. This toy can also be used as a functional training for hands, fingers and arms. Also, by applying braille or formations on the top surface of the piece 4, a tactile sense training is possible, and the toy can widely be enjoyed by weak- sighted people or blind people.
