CONSTITUTION: As tension sensors 24, 25 detect the variation in the transfer tension of an ink ribbon 19 during printing, cam driving motors 14, 15 are put into operation. Pressure adjustable cams 12, 13 rotate by the operation of the cam driving motors 14, 15, thereby shifting pressure adjustable plates 10, 11 in the direction of arrow F. Torque limiters 5, 6 move in the direction of arrow F through the shift of the pressure adjustable plates 10, 11 in order to adjust the amount of torque limit with respect to a winding bobbin 1 and supply bobbin 2.
