Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent turning over more than one page at one time by arranging a page constitution which allows a panel forming a part of a transfer route within a given range confronting a turning roller to retreat from the turning roller.
CONSTITUTION: The following parts are installed: a transfer route 6; a feed roller 83; the first press roller 84; a turning roller 81 located apart from the feed roller 83 and the first press roller 84; the second feed roller 82; a lift means 85 which lifts a passbook 5 installed below the central part of the interval, held by the feed roller 83 and the first press roller 84 at about its middle binding, and supported by the turning roller 81 and the second press roller 82 at about its tip upward to a given height in a bow shape; a panel 9 which forms a part of a transfer route 6 within a given range confronting the turning roller 81; and a retreat means 95 which allows the second press roller 82 and the panel 9 to retreat in linkage from the transfer route. When the passbook 5 descends after being lifted, the second press roller 82 and the panel 9 are allowed to retreat.
