Abstract:
PURPOSE: To replace only a broken place when a part of a toner container is broken by composing a member in the longitudinal direction of a toner housing container of two or more members.
CONSTITUTION: The toner housing container is provided with a developing room bottom plate 1, a toner supplying room bottom plate 4 and side plates 2 and 3. For assembling the toner housing container, the developing room bottom plate 1 and the toner supplying room bottom plate 4 are slid in the longitudinal direction and line grooves and projected lines formed on both of them are fitted. Then, a projected fitting part 2a of the side plate 2 is fitted into the recessed fitting part of the developing room bottom plate 1, the projected fitting part of the side plate 3 is fitted into the recessed fitting part 1a of the developing room bottom plate 1 and self-tapping screws 10 are inserted from the side plates 2 and 3, screwed and fixed. When the developing room bottom plate 1 s broken, it is replaced. When the side plate 2 or 3 is broken, it can be replaced.
