PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a new flow method of air flow and form a clean space comfortable to both a patient and a medical worker.SOLUTION: A medical treatment room 100 includes: a treatment table 28 arranged in a room S; an air outlet 41 arranged on a ceiling 10 and blowing down a clean air flow D50 toward the treatment table; an air outlet 52 arranged separately from the air outlet 41, opened at an arbitrary position in the room S, and blowing out Coanda air flow flowing from an opened portion at the arbitrary position along the ceiling 10 and/or inner faces 32c, 34c of side walls 32, 34; and a temperature control device 26 controlling a temperature of the Coanda air flow blown out from the air outlet 52 and controlling a temperature of the inner faces 32c, 34c through the Coanda air flow which is controlled in temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
