PURPOSE: To easily fix an accessory to an annular base material by fixing a wax material to a fixing part of the accessory, gripping the annular base material by pliers, superposing the accessory by upward turning a part to be fixed, and projecting a flame toward a inner peripheral surface on the reverse side of the part to be fixed.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of fixing an accessory 2 to an annular base material 1 constituting an irregular teeth correcting appliance of dental treatment, in the accessory 2, solder 5 as a brazing material is beforehand fixed to a fixing part 21. When it is performed, first of all, the annular base material 1 is gripped by pliers 6, and after a part 12 to be fixed is situated so as to turn upward, the accessory 2 is superposed on the part 12 to be fixed of the annular base material 1, and the fixing part 21 (the solder 5) of the accessory 2 is brought into contact with the part 12 to be fixed of the annular base material 1. Next, a flame 7 is projected toward an inner peripheral surface 13 on the reverse side of the part 12 to be fixed of the annular base material 1, and the part 12 to be fixed of the annular base material 1 and the fixing part 21 of the accessory 2 are integrally fixed together by the melted solder 5.
