PURPOSE: To provide a medical appliance for supplying medicines which can supply medicines to a wide area of the tissue inside the human body through a probe inserted to the body and is fixed to the part to be treated by a fixing material.
CONSTITUTION: An endoscope is inserted to the human body and a probe 1 is inserted to the body through the channel of the endoscope, and the tip 3 of the probe is located at the part 10 to be treated to which medicines will be supplied under observation using the endoscope. After that, a liquid 11 in which medicines and genes are included is supplied to the part to be treated by an injector connected to a mouthpiece 4 for injection. The liquid 11 circulates in a spiral groove and is ejected from a jet on the surface of the part 10 to be treated. A tissue adhesive 12 such as fibrin glue is ejected in the same way on the surface of the part 10 to be treated to fix the liquid 11 ejected on the part 10 to be treated.
