A medical bandage winding device includes a turn table 10 provided on a carrying path of a series of medical bandage S carried sideways in an erected state, engaging projections 11 provided on the periphery of the turn table 10 for hooking the end portion of the medical bandage S, winding projections 12 provided on the periphery of the turn table 10 so as to oppose to the engaging projections 11 across the center of the turn table for receiving the medical bandage S on its outer periphery with the turn of the turn table 10. When turning the turn table 10 engaging the medical bandage S to the hooking projections 11, the medical bandage S is continuously wound by the hooking projections 11 and the winding projections 12.
