To provide a medical binocular magnifying glass of a spectacle type which enables a user to easily lift its magnifying lens sections from the lens front of spectacles even in the state that the user puts and wears illumination apparatus of a headlight type on the head and which, including the spectacles, can be stably held by the user in the state of wearing it, which does not slip in position even if the user moves, and furthermore, which can be operated by directly being touched during surgery operation or the like.

The magnifying glass is constituted so that it is provided with a pair of the magnifying lens sections 13, and gears 9 intermeshed with each other near the pads of the spectacles 21, in the front of the right and left lenses 24 of the spectacles 21 and each of gears is freely rotatably and pivotally attached to support 8 to be attached to a spectacle frame section 22, a pair of supporting rods 10, of which one end is fixed integrally to the gears 9 and are extended to both of the right and left sides along the longitudinal direction of a supporting rod 10 which corresponds to a magnifying lens section 13, between the pair of supporting rods 10 positionally adjustably, a control piece 12 is freely attachably and detachably mounted 10 and the magnifying lens sections 13 are constituted in such a manner that these sections can be simultaneously flipped up by means of the control piece 12.
