To provide a medical cap where adhesiveness is raised between a thermoplastic elastomer resin stopper and an outer frame body, and to provide a production method therefor.

The medical cap 30 includes the stopper 1 and the outer frame body 6. The stopper 1 in a substantially columnar shape is made of the elastomer resin. The outer frame body 6 is made of a synthetic resin, and has a cylinder part 6a. At least the column side surface part 4 of the stopper 1 is fitted onto the inner wall 8 of the cylinder part 6a of the outer frame body. The outer frame body 6 comprises projected line parts 9a, 9b extending inward from the inner wall 8 of the cylinder part 6a. The upper side edge part 3a and the bottom side edge part 3b of the stopper 1 are fitted to the projected line parts 9a, 9b of the outer frame body 6.
