The system controller 25 is constituted of a judging circuit 4 connected to the first voice input devices 1 and 2 and the identifying unit 3 to identify inputted voice and judge it, a voice recognizing circuit 5 for recognizing the inputted voice indication, an arithmetic circuit 6 for arithmetically processing the recognition result of the circuit 5, generating an indication signal for the indication voice and processing setting change information, etc., of peripheral equipment and a control circuit 7 for outputting the indication signal for the setting change, etc., which is generated by the circuit 6, to each kind of peripheral equipment 3, etc., and transmitting data such as setting change information to display devices 22 and 41.
