To provide a medical-or-dental examination-and-treatment wheelchair auxiliary instrument which is designed to allow examination-and-treatment including medical-or-dental examination-and-treatment to be given to patients as physically-disabled persons continuing to increase by the deterioration of bodily functions weakening owing to aging and aftereffects of disease with the patients seated on wheelchairs.

The auxiliary instrument is detachable and is intended to allow patients to receive examination-and-treatment with the patients seated on the wheelchairs during medical-or-dental examination-and-treatment. The auxiliary instrument is made up of a plurality of air mats, guides the patients onto the wheelchairs after mounted on the wheelchair in a previously shrunk condition, and forms examination-and-treatment postures by inflating each of the air mats during examination-and-treatment of the patients.
