The medical examination car 10 is equipped with: an underfloor space 11 arranged inside the vehicle 2, in which underfloor equipment is stored; a floor surface 8 partitioning a space 13 above the floor where a medical examination is carried out; a first door 4 arranged behind a rear wheel 5 of the vehicle 2 with its lower end flush with the floor surface 8, constituted to be openable and closable by turning about the lower end, and used as a step in the state of being opened; and a second door 6 arranged ahead of the first door 4.
