PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly install a medical image diagnostic apparatus having a rack device which can travel.SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic system according to an embodiment comprises a medical image diagnostic apparatus and a transport part. The medical image diagnostic apparatus has a rack device. The transport part is connected to the rack device, drives on the basis of instructions from the medical image diagnostic apparatus, and travels on a rail provided on a ceiling surface or side wall surface.
