To provide a medical image observation system which facilitates selection of prescribed processing when executing desired processing related to medical image data.
A medical image storage device 10 has an image data storage part 14 for storing medical image data and a database 13 for storing a position on a picture of the display in association with processing to be executed with respect to the medical image data. A medical image observation device 1 has a display processing part 71 which reads desired medical image data from the image data storage part 14 and displays to a display part 18 a medical image based on the read medical image data, and a processing determination part 72 for receiving designation of a desired position on the picture of the display part 81 to determine processing corresponding to the designated position according to the association. The display processing part 71 executes determined processing to the medical image and displays it to the display part 81 when it receives an execution command of the determined processing.
