To provide a medical image processor capable of changing the value of a parameter by an easy operation.

The medical image processor 100 includes a display device 107 for displaying display contents corresponding to a parameter value and a pointing device (mouse 108) for moving the position of a mouse pointer 208 displayed at the display device 107, and a CPU 101 changes the parameter value corresponding to the rotating angle θ and rotating direction with respect to a reference point P0 of the track of the mouse pointer 208 moved by the pointing device (mouse 108), and also changes the parameter value by performing weighting corresponding to a distance R from the reference point P0 and the moving speed V of the mouse pointer 208.
