A medical image radiographing apparatus for radiographing a subject by dividing the radiographing into multiple times by an X-ray detector includes: a receiving unit for receiving information on the subject; a radiographing area determination unit for determining the region to radiograph based on the information on the subject received by the receiver; and a radiographing method determination unit for determining at least one of a size and a direction of the X-ray detector or number of radiographed sheets.
