Abstract:
To provide a medical information processing device capable of enhancing de-noise accuracy.SOLUTION: A medical information processing deice 200 includes a derivation part, an adjustment part, a removal part, and a synthesis part. The derivation part derives an index value about noise included in data corresponding to magnetic resonance signals collected by each of a plurality of reception coils. The adjustment part adjusts the degree of removing the noise from the data corresponding to the magnetic resonance signals on the basis of the index value derived by the derivation part. The removal part removes the noise from the data corresponding to the magnetic resonance signals on the basis of the degree adjusted by the adjustment part. The synthesis part synthesizes the data obtained by removing the noise by the removal part and corresponding to the magnetic resonance signals collected by each of the plurality of reception coils.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
