Abstract:
To arrange efficiently a sheet-like flat member on a cleavage site, when cutting a biological organ before anastomosis of the biological organ which is an anastomosis object.SOLUTION: A medical appliance 100 includes a mesh-like member 10 arranged between a biological organ which is an anastomosis object, being flat, having multiple open holes 11 formed thereon, and including first parts 12, 13 and second parts 14, 15; and a joining part 20 for joining a biological organ to the mesh-like member with a joining member.
