To decide examination items, which a person having a medical examination has to take inspected, in an appropriate order, and to show the items to the person.

Measuring devices 20 are connected to plural rewrite card control unit 20 (called as RCU 30 in the following). RCU 30 is connected to a host computer 1 through a data control unit 14. The host computer 11 is provided with a data base 13 and stores data on the persons having the medical examinations, the inspection items and RCU 30. When the person terminates the examination of the prescribed examination item, the host computer 11 executes a next examination item decision processing by using data stored in the data base 13. Then, the examination item, which is to be examined net, is decided so that the optimum order is given to every person by considering the various conditions of the number of waiting persons, waiting time in the respective items, and the item names of the examination item are shown to the person.
