Abstract:
To provide a medical metallic material superior in antithrombogenicity and for being detained in vivo, and provide its manufacturing method and a medical instrument using the same.SOLUTION: A medical metal material of the present invention comprises a metal substrate comprising titanium with a reforming layer or a titanium alloy. The reforming layer has an opening in at least one end, and comprises multiple nanotubes arranged so that the opening may go away from the metal substrate to the surface of the metal substrate. Each of the multiple nanotubes contains at least titania, and each of the multiple nanotubes is polarized. A manufacturing method of the medical metal material of the present invention comprises a step of anodizing the surface of the metal substrate comprising the titanium or the titanium alloy, and a step of polarizing the metal substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
