Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical needle which can reliably puncture a living body while alleviating pain given to the living body at the time of puncture.SOLUTION: A medical needle 1 is provided with a flat puncture part 10 where a surface and a back surface are parallel to each other. The puncture part 10 is provided with: a pair of side surface inclination parts 14, 14 provided for ends on both side surfaces respectively; and a surface inclination part 16 provided for the end of the surface. The pair of side surface inclination parts 14, 14 and the surface inclination part 16 extend inclined with respect to a puncture direction respectively in the way that they are tapered. To an edge part 15 formed by ends of the pair of side surface inclination parts 14, 14 being joined, the end of the surface inclination part 16 is joined. On the surface of the puncture part 10, a groove part 17 is formed in the way that parts of the pair of side surface inclination parts 14, 14 and the surface inclination part 16 are cut out.
