Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the length of the hard part of an endoscope end portion.
CONSTITUTION: A CCD 33 is centered on the center of an objective optical system 32 and fixed to a CCD holder 34 and a circuit board 40 on which electronic components are packaged is connected to the rearwardly extended external lead 36 of the CCD 33. The circuit board 40 and a signal cable 41 are connected to the respective portions of a conductor pattern(not shown in Figure) provided at that edge portion of the opposite outside portion lead connecting portion surface of the circuit board 40 which is located on the side of the CCD 33.
