Abstract:
To provide a medical and sanitary material made of nonwoven fabric which is excellent in hygroscopicity and water absorption property and is excellent in the retentivity of tentatively absorbed liquid such as water, and in which the moisture and water releasing speeds of the absorbed water or the like are improved as much as possible.
The medical and sanitary material is made of the nonwoven fabric formed of moisture absorbing polyester fibers, and the moisture absorption and releasing coefficient MR of the nonwoven fabric is 10 or more.
