To provide a medical system capable of easily moving a suspension unit loaded with a heavy medical device.
A driving mechanism is constituted of, for instance, the combination of a hollow forth short rod 119 in which a third arm member 113 is fixed to one opening part and a forth arm member 114 and the short rod 119 is freely turnable to the forth arm member 114. A driven gear is fixed to the end face of a bearing part and a motor provided with a potentiometer is fixed to the internal space of the forth arm member 114. The driving gear of the rotary shaft of the motor is engaged with the driven gear. In a controller, input operated in an operation unit 22 and rotation angle information transmitted from a detection cable are compared and driving power to be supplied to the motor is controlled. The driving mechanisms around the other rotary shafts O1, O2, O3 and O5 are also in a structure equivalent to the driving mechanism around the rotary shaft O4.
