The tomogram display device is provided with a tomogram display means (a) for displaying at least one series of the tomograms, a storage means (b) for storing at least one series of tomogram data, a display speed setting means (c) for setting a speed for displaying at least one series of the tomograms, and a control means (d) for making the respective series of the data taken out of the storage means (b) and permitting the turn-over display of the respective series of the tomograms on the means (a) on the basis of a speed set by the means (c). This device is characterized by taking the means (c) as mechanical variable controls 316 and 317 installed in a housing separate from a housing wherein the control means (d) is housed.
