PURPOSE: To effectively perform two medical treatment of DC energizing medical treatment and hot heat medical treatment and to improve facility by effecting insertion and pull-off operation through one action by a method wherein in a state in which a single internal applicator is inserted in a coelom, switching to a DC energizing state and a high frequency induction heating state is effected.

CONSTITUTION: A thermometer 32, an oscillator body 8, a suction device 18, a PH meter 22, and a DC source 30 are connected to an energization control part 33 to switch an internal applicator 1 to a DC energizing state and a high frequency induction heating state. The suction device 18, the PH meter 22, and the thermometer 32 are driven, and the oscillator body 8 and the DC source 30 are capable of being switched. The internal applicator 1 is inserted in a coelom H in a state to deflate a balloon 3. This constitution effectively executes both DC energizing medical treatment and hot heat medical treatment by high frequency induction heating under a state in which the internal applicator is inserted into coelom, reduces the pain of a patient by insertion and pull-off of the internal applicator into and from the coelom, and facilitates the use of a title medical treating device by an operator since one action of insertion and pull-off suffices for operation of the device.
