PURPOSE: To provide the medical treatment implement whose installation area is small and which can be moved easily.

CONSTITUTION: In the front end part, a base body 1 on which a support 4 is provided vertically is provided, and in the rear end part of this base body 1, a chair 7 on which a patient sits down facing forward or backward is provided, and in the upper end part of the support 4, a holding plate 13 for supporting the breast or the back of the patient is provided, and in the middle part of the support 4, a knee holder 15 for supporting knees of the patient who sits down facing forward on the chair 7 is provided, therefore, the patient sits down facing forward on the inclined surface 9a of the chair 7, inclines forward his upper body, puts the breast on the holding plate 13, puts his knees on the knee holder 15, and puts both arms on an arm 18. In such a way, the body of the patient is fixed and a suitable medical treatment for his neck, shoulder, back and waist is available. Also, when the patient sits down facing backward on the chair 7 and leans backward his upper body, the back abuts on the holding plate 13 and the body of the patient is fixed, and a suitable medical treatment for the breast and the abdomen is available.
