Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a medical treatment seat free from giving tension and uneasy feeling to a patient during the operation of the seat.
CONSTITUTION: This medical treatment seat 1 is equipped with a geared motor 14 for driving the seat plate section 4 thereof for rotation within a horizontal plane, and a control circuit for controlling the rotational speed of the motor 14. In this case, the seat plate section 4 is driven and caused to rotate with the geared motor 14 operating under rotational control. When the rotational speed of the motor 14 is controlled for a slow start and a slow stop, therefore, the rotational speed of the section 4 can be made to gradually increase at a start, while the rotational speed can be made to gradually decrease before a stop, thereby enabling a shock due to the rotational start and stop of the section 4 to be alleviated.
