Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube holder which aligns and holds a plurality of medical tubes, prevents a needle fastened to the body from disconnecting at the application of an inadvertent force, as when the patient leaves a transfu sion table post, holds the transfusion table post easily and is excellent in holding strength. SOLUTION: In a medical tube holder 100 having two clamp rods 20 biased by a spring member 10 and a holding part 30 holding a plurality of medical tubes B, a locking part 40 clamping a transfusion table post A is provided at one end of each clamp rod 20. The locking part 40 is made of a cylinder comprising a pair of semicylinders. Each of the members constituting the holder is normally made from a hard resin such as polyacetal or polycarbonate in order to reduce its weight and to provide some strength. However, the material is not limited to hard resins, etc., but any materials will do if they have some strength and are excellent in safety.
