To provide a medicament dispensing tray suitable for preventing erroneous dispensation of medicaments.

The medicament dispensing tray T comprises a document holder 3 for holding documents in which information on dispensation of medicaments is described or other documents, and a tray body 1 for storing the document holder 3 and medicaments. The document holder 3 is attached to the tray body 1, and can be moved between a storage position and a take-out position. At the storage position, the document holder is stored inside the tray body so that the document holder can be stored in a prescribed storage cabinet without being detached from the tray body 1. At the take-out position, the document holder is brought out of the tray body 1 so that medicaments can be easily stored/taken out.
