A controller 111 includes: a retrieving part 117 for retrieving a medicament which is requested to be put out by prescription information, while moving shelf stages downward one by one on the basis of the medicament layout; and an allocation processing part 118 for allocating the putting-out of the medicament to a container when at least one container, where the medicament requested to be put out is stored, is detected in the stage and continuing the retrieval when the container, where the medicament requested to be put out is stored, is not detected in the shelf stage. A lifter driving part 120 moves a lifter 41 in a longitudinal directional position corresponding to the shelf stage after performing the allocation processing concerning one shelf stage by the allocation processing part 118. A put-out driving part 121 makes the medicament be put out from the container after the lifter driving part 120 is moved in the longitudinal directional position corresponding to the shelf stage.
