This system is constituted of an at-home patient side device 5 consisting of a medicine box 1 provided with a means for executing division for every prescribed medicine so as to keep it, a means for displaying which medicine is to be taken out and a means for detecting the taking in/out of the medicines, a patient terminal controller 2 provided with a means which receives and stores medication management data, reports a designated time to the patient, recognizes that the medicine is actually taken out from the medicine box and issues alarm to the patient at the time of unrecognition and a display part 3 for executing display and an output to the patient and a hospital side device 10 consisting of a means for transmitting the medication management data, a means for receiving information such as whether or not execution is attained according to designation and a means for transmitting a treatment instruction to the patient when it is judged to be unproper.
