PURPOSE: To release a patient from the unnecessary anxiety byinforming the patient of the dosage preparation condition accompanied by the progress of the medicine preparing work in a medicine preparation device.

CONSTITUTION: Prescription data which is generated based on contents of a prescription 1 by an input means 2 and is stored in a storage device 9 is taken in by an operating means 4a combined with a tablet dividing and packing machine 3a and an operating means 4b combined with a powder dividing and packing machine 3b. Operating means 4a and 4b convert respective prescription data to medicine preparation data so as to meet the medicine preparation conditions preliminarily registered in storage devices 13 and store these data in storage devices 13 and operate medicine preparation devices 3a and 3b with these medicine preparation data as operation information. Execution conditions at medicine preparation data in operating means 4a and 4b are displayed on a display device 15 of a display means 5. Consequently, a worker in the dosage window always recognizes the execution condition of medicine preparation data and clarifies the cause of the delay of processing for the patient which is left waiting.
