SOLUTION: A number of rubber plugs 10 are simultaneously vulcanization molded and washed together in a washing vessel after the molding. At this time, even if the rubber plugs 10 make contact with each other, for example, outer surfaces 120, 120 make contact with each other, the surface contact is hardly caused because the outer surface 120 is formed of a recessed surface and, further, the washing fluid is penetrated between the opposed outer surfaces 120 to prevent the surface contact because a recessed groove 15 is formed on the recessed surface. When inner surfaces 121, 121 make contact with each other, an annular protruding part 18 or projection 19 prevents the surface contact. When the outer surface 120 makes contact with the inner surface 121, the recessed groove 15 and the annular protruding part 18 prevent the surface contact to prevent the mutual adhesion of the respective rubber plugs 10. This rubber plug 10 is connected to, for example, a plug holder and completed as a plug body (mouth sealing member).
