Abstract:
The use of compounds of the following formula in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, is described: in which R<1> is C7-20 alkyl or C7-20 alkenyl containing 1 to 3 double bonds, the alkyl or alkenyl group being optionally substituted by phenyl, R<2> and R<3> are carboxy or tetrazolyl, and n is 1 to 6; or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof.
