To provide a medicine administration device, dynamically and simply varying the positional distribution of quantity of medicine administered.
This medicine administration device for administering medicine to internal organs of mammals including human beings includes: a tube 2 for guiding medicine pushed out from a medicine administration device body for pushing out the medicine with variable push-out force of the medicine to the internal organ side; and at least one catheter provided at the distal end of the tube 2 and having a medicine administration part 8, the side surface of which is provided with a plurality of medicine discharge holes 9-11 formed different in size of opening. The positional distribution of quantity of medicine administered from the medicine discharge holes 9-11 is dynamically varied by changing the push-out force for the medicine.
