To provide a medicine application tube easily inserted into a body cavity even when a diameter of a conduit leading to an organ in the body cavity is not determined, and smoothly and surely applying a medicine to an object part.
A blind cylindrical medicine housing expansion member 3 composed of an elastic member is disposed inside the front end opening of a tube main body 1, and the opening edge part of the medicine housing expansion member 3 is fixed so as to be freely folded back to the front. The medicine application tube is inserted into the body cavity in the state of housing the medicine in the medicine housing expansion member 3, and the medicine housing expansion member 3 is pushed forward by the pressure of a fluid supplied through a lumen into the tube main body 1 at a target part and is projected to the front while inverting the inner and outer surfaces with the fold-back opening edge part as a fulcrum. Further, the medicine housing expansion member 3 is swollen by the fluid pressure and the medicine attached to the inverted outer surface is applied to the target part.
