Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject medicine having an excellent antagonic effect against Substance P and Neurokinin A and good oral absorption by including a saturated heterocyclic compound as an active ingredient.
SOLUTION: This medicine, which can be used to prevent tachykinin-mediated diseases, is obtained by including a compound shown by the formula [R1 and R2 are each an aryl, a heteroaryl, etc.; A is methylene, carbonyl, etc.; B is a single bond, a 1-4C alkylene, etc.; D is O or S; E is a (substituted) 1-6C alkylene, a 3-8C alkylene; G is a 1-4C alkylene; a 2-4C alkenylene; L is N(R3); R3 is an aryl, a heteroaryl, etc.], as an active ingredient. The medicine is an inhibitor, for example, to NK1 receptor and/or NK2 receptor in order to treat diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, rhinitis, allergy, and involuntary micturition. It is preferable to administer the medicine, for example, in a dose of 0.1-' 50 mg/kg once to several times per day orally.
