Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove residual medicine even if it remains in a divided container by providing a bottom plate opening/closing opening the bottom plate of the divided container at least by a prescribed size at the time of removing the residual medicine from the divided container by a cleaner device.
SOLUTION: At the time of finishing wrapping processing, the driving of the fan 36b of the cleaner device 3 is started and successively moves each divided container 19 to under the sucking port 34a of a duct 34. At each divided container 19, a bottom plate 25 is rotated at a prescribed angle with a spindle in a center to form a gap at a lower opening part. Thereby, air flows into the container 19 from the gap to recover the medicine remaining within the divided container in the device 3 through the duct 34. Then, air flowing into the container 19 becomes a fast and turbulent flow by passing through the gap and efficiently recovers powder medicine. Consequently, the powder medicine can surely be recovered even when it is inserted and held between a lower opening edge part and the bottom plate 25 or stuck there.
