Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a platform configured to allow for mutual sharing of medication and medical care information, and to permit appropriate entry of patients newly hoping for utilization as well as various institutions (such as hospitals, clinics, dispensing pharmacies, pharmacies, pharmacists, doctors, nurses, nursing care providers, and nursing care workers) so that expansion of the mutual utilization of such information can be sustained on a permanent basis. [Solution] Provided is a medicine information sharing system for holding, in association with publication approval/disapproval information: by-user medical care information in which user identifying information is associated one-to-one with information uniquely identifying the user's certificate of health insurance, and in which the user identifying information is associated with medical care information with respect to the user at a registered medical institution; by-user dispensing information in which the user identifying information is associated with dispensing information with respect to the user at a registered dispensing pharmacy; and by-user nursing care information in which the user identifying information is associated with nursing care information with respect to the user at a registered nursing care provider.
