Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the subject medicine having such activity as to suppress periodic contraction in the rhythmic bladder, containing a specific aminopropanol derivative or a pharmacologically permissible salt thereof as active ingredient.
CONSTITUTION: This medicine contains, as active ingredient, an aminopropanol derivative of the formula (R1 is alkyl or halogenoalkyl; R2 and R3 each are H or alkyl; A is dialkylamino, pyrrolidino, piperdino) or a pharmacologically permissible salt thereof. The compound of the formula is pref. esp. (1R,2 R)-1-4-(trifluoromethyl)-2-methyl-3-pyrrolidine-1-propanol.
