This medicine contains a compound of the compound (X is CH, N; R1 is H, non-substituted benzyl, benzyl substituted by one to three substituents selected from a halogen, etc.; R2 is H, a 1-4C alkyl; R3 is H, hydroxy; R4 is H, a 1-4C alkyl), its tautomer, their pharmaceutically permissible acid adduct salts, etc. The compound of the formula includes 2-{[1-{1-[(4- fluorophenyl)methyl]-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl}-4-piperidyl]methylamino}-4- pyrimidinol.
